Crafted from a 100% Linen fabrication, this smock style mini dress features puffs sleeves and an elasticated boat neckline to be worn on or off the shoulders which falls into a flounced skirt with pin tuck detailing. The complimenting rope cord waist tie subtly cinches at the waist to further accent the femme form.
