In a new role for Coco & Lola, we are seeking an experienced, creative and  forward thinking Head of Brand | Creative & Digital to lead our creative and digital team. 

Based in Sydney, NSW, the  Head of Brand | Creative & Digital,will join Coco & Lola as a leader of creative change and innovation. 
They will drive and lead our team through creative transformation across our digital platforms and brand touch points. 

Reporting to our company Directors and General Manager, the successful candidate will have had previous experience in an art or brand directing role, where they have been drivers of creative change, strategic growth and innovation, both in the digital and creative space. 


As the  Head of Brand | Creative & Digital you are responsible for the overall communication and representation of the Coco & Lola  brand across all touch points and digital platforms. You will work closely with the Directors and General Manager to redefine the creative direction of the Coco & Lola brand and drive this within the wider  Creative and Digital Team. 


The  Head of Brand | Creative & Digital will have the drive, aspiration and experience in knowing the changes that need to be made in order to create brand  influence, innovation, positive outcomes and results. 


Role & Responsibilities


Conceptualise, define and implement a brand strategy that unites creative thinking with a KPI driven performance approach to grow and evolve the brand in the global market, retail landscape and digital space. 


Responsible for the strategic development and management of all creative and digital touchpoints for Coco & Lola’s 360 degree brand strategy.  


Drive and oversee the daily, weekly and monthly creative and marketing strategy reflecting the brands core values, goals and key performance indicators. 


Lead the creative direction and brand communication across all brand channels. 
Responsible for all development and execution of all creative assets across the Coco & Lola brand. 


Redefine Coco & Lola’s  brand content methods  and process of creation, execution and delivery.


Redefine the brand's digital platforms and their purpose, providing clear articulation on each of their roles within the Coco & Lola brand strategy. For example and not limited to:  Instgram, Facebook, Tiktok, eDMs, blog, eCommerce website. 


Work with and lead a Graphic designer to unite the Coco & Lola brands' creative handwriting, voice and vision across all touchpoints. For example and not limited to: packaging, internal and external documentation, retail lookbooks, digital marketing, retail activations. 


Develop and implement an innovative creative strategy, concepts and outcomes that reflect and represent the Coco & Lola   brand identity on all projects. For example, store openings, website developments, content channels and brand imagery.  


Proven leadership experience in managing, growing and mentoring a creative team to achieve company goals, focuses and key performance indicators. 


Redefine and develop brand styling & content, design manual and brand guidelines  for eCommerce, social media and all digital and brand touchpoints.

  
Leading the Creative Team in  conceptualizing, producing and creating  innovative brand experience from end to end.


Oversee and manage the creative and brand direction for all shoot and content briefs across all digital touch-points.  

With the support of the Directors and General Manager, work on the production and forecasting of larger scale seasonal creative and brand projects that further enrich the customer and brand experience. 


Solidify and articulate the Coco & Lola  brand identity through our visual representation, its tone, brand voice and  touch points, ensuring content and messaging  is always dynamic and industry leading. 


Build and maintain relationships with model and talent  agencies to assist with the daily, weekly and monthly content requirements and expectations.
