We are seeking a detailed orientated and organised Stock and Online Co Ordinator to join our Nedlands Boutique
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Unpack, hang and store all stock deliveries in line with the Coco & Lolainternal processes.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and cleanliness with all stock.
- Lead and maintain a high standard of presentation and organisation of the stock room to achieve efficient operations for online and the store.
- Assist with stock related issues including Dry Cleaning and Faulties and the maintenance of the internal stock systems.
- Manage and assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor.
- Assist in the preparation and receiving of weekly stock consolidations.
- Assist the day-to-day running of order preparation and dispatch in an orderly and timely manner.
- Assist with the pulling, wrapping and dispatching of Online Orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint within the customer journey.
- Assist with the preparation of stationary and packaging.
- Assist with the pulling, wrapping and dispatching of Online Orders.
- Assist with the steaming, presentation and organisation of all stock inline with the Coco & Lola standard.
