Sale Items (marked Final Sale) purchased during the The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023 with the further 20% off promotion can not be returned unless deemed faulty by Coco & Lola.

Orders placed before or after The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023 cannot have the discount applied to the order.

Items purchased in store from our Afterpay Sale Edit are unable to be returned for a change of mind purchase. We are able to exchange in stores where possible. 

SHIPPING

All orders purchased during The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023 will begin dispatching from Wednesday 16th August 2023. 

Due to the overwhelming response to our Afterpay Sale event, orders may take up to 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) to be dispatched. Our online team is working as hard as possible to have all orders dispatched as quickly as possible.

You will receive an email with the tracking details upon fulfilment of your order.

Orders from The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023 will be dispatched in order of them being placed.   

ONLINE RETURNS 

Items purchased during The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023 can only be returned for a store credit. This includes any Full Priced item that has been purchased with the 20% off discount automatically applied at the checkout.

Items purchased as a FINAL SALE item during The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023 cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our internal Coco & Lola Team. This includes any items that are further reduced with an additional 20% off.

Full priced items (New Arrivals / Sale Exclusions) purchased during the sale period are subject to the standard returns eligibility, for more information view our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

Items purchased in store from our Afterpay Sale Edit are unable to be returned for a change of mind purchase. We are able to exchange in stores where possible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders purchased via our Online Store and during The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023 are unable to be cancelled. Please review your order closely before checking out to ensure you have selected the correct items. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We are excited to be able to offer our Click and Collect service during The Coco & Lola AfterPay Sale August 2023. Due to the overwhelming response to our sale event, there is a slight delay on when Click and Collect orders will be ready at your selected boutique.

Our Online Customer Care Team will send you an email when your order is ready to collect at your selected boutique. Please allow up to 5-7 days for all Click & Collect orders to be ready for collection.
