- Floor focused candidate.
- Assisting in driving Fridays and Saturdays to success.
- Representing the brand with pride whilst upholding the business’ core values.
- Leading by example and providing an exceptional standard of service to every Coco customer.
- Building Coco & Lola’s clientele base. Growing VIP’s.
- Knowledge in Opening and closing procedures. Assist in Managing days if Management isn’t present.
- Liaising with Management weekly.
- Participating in daily training opportunities.
- Showcase a strong understanding of designer brands, fabrications, styling concepts and trends.
- Incentive system.
- Stock Management responsibilities.
- Visual Merchandising upkeep.
- Participating in weekly socials.
